Kathmandu, November 14
The price of gold, which has been declining for the past two weeks, dropped further by Rs 2,200 per tola on Thursday.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association set the price of gold at Rs 160,000 per tola for the day, down from Rs 162,200 the previous day.
Previously, on November 1, gold had reached an all-time high of Rs 171,000 per tola. Since then, the price has decreased by Rs 11,000 over a span of two weeks.
Similarly, the price of silver fell by Rs 35 per tola, dropping from NPR 1,940 to NPR 1,905.
