Kathmandu, February 20
One person died in a tractor accident in Syangja of Gandaki on Sunday night.
The victim has been identified as Sobin BK (14), a resident of Mirdi, Waling municipality-8, of the district, who was assisting the driver Nabin Sunar (32), a resident of Dhurkot, Chapakot municipality-2 of the district.
Both BK and Sunar were injured when the vehicle (Ga 1 Ta 6886), which was loaded with stones heading towards Mirdi from Jagat Bhanjyang, last night. They were rushed to the Waling Health Centre, which referred them to the Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
But, BK died during the course of treatment, according to DSP Rabindra Khanal of the Syangja District Police Office.
