Dhanusha: 3 killed as a motorbike hits stationary truck

Janakpurdham, April 26

Three persons died when a motorbike hit a stationary truck in the Kshireshwarnath municipality-5 of the Dhanusha district in southern Nepal on Tuesday. 

The bike carrying three persons (Lu 83 Pa 8652) had hit the truck (Na 2 Kha 8624) parked on the roadside in Kshireshwarnath-5 today. 

In the accident, all three persons on the two-wheeler died on the spot, informs DSP Jitendra Kumar Basnet, the Dhanusha District Police Office spokesperson. 

One of the victims has been identified as Sumit Bhindebal (20), a resident of Janakpur-4 in the district.

The bodies have been taken to the provincial hospital in Janakpurdham for postmortem. 

Police have arrested the truck driver for further investigation.
