Nepal is set to face Sri Lanka in their opening match of the ACC U-19 Asia Cup, which began today in the UAE.
Nepali captain Hemanta Dhami won the toss and opted to field first. The game started at 10:55 am.
The Nepal U-19 squad, led by pace bowler Hemanta Dhami, who has prior experience with the national team, arrived in the UAE on Wednesday. The team is coached by Shakti Gauchan, who is managing the U-19 team for the first time.
Coach Gauchan has expressed confidence in achieving positive results in the tournament.
