Kathmandu, August 6
Sudip Roka has been appointed as the general manager of Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower. The company’s board meeting on August 2 appointed Roka for a two-year term.
Talking to Onlinekhabar, Roka said that his primary priorities during his tenure will be completing all pending contractual work related to the hydropower project, which has recently finished construction and is now operational. Additionally, he aims to establish a mechanism that will ensure the smooth operation of the company.
“I will focus on measures that will maximize the company’s profitability,” said Roka.
Roka is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting, financing, auditing, and management. He also holds 10 years of post-qualification experience encompassing a wide range of skill sets.
