The 4G versions of the Note 13 series are official. The 4G version includes the base Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G and the Redmi Note 13 4G. The Pro 4G model shares many similarities with the POCO M6 Pro. Most Redmi and POCO smartphones in the budget and mid-range are rebrands.
The POCO M6 Pro and the Note 13 Pro 4G share most things but differ in a few areas such as the main camera lens, card slot, weight and colour options. The Pro model however differs a lot from its 5G model, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G such as glass protection, chipset, GPU, memory options, rear camera video features, speakers, battery and charging.
