3 school girls missing in Pokhara

Kathmandu, August 15

Three school girls have gone missing in Pokhara since yesterday.

According to the District Police Office, Kaski, three girls named Manika Pariyar, Alisha Pariyar, and Radhika Pariyar, from Bindhyabasini in Pokhara metropolitan city, left for school but neither reached the school nor returned home.

The parents of the children have ask the city and security personnel to help them find the girls.

Radhika and Manika went to Rastriya Secondary School while Alisha went to Barpatan Secondary School.

While the parents managed to have a brief phone conversation with Radhika and Manika, the whereabouts and circumstances of their situation remain unclear.

Information Officer DSP Shravan Kumar BK informed that police had intensified the search for the school girls after the concerned guardians sought help.
