Janakpurdham, April 6
A truck hit killed a motorbiker in Hariharpur, Mithila municipality-3 of Dhanusha district on Wednesday evening.
The victim has been identified as Yubaraj Mahato (22), a local of the area.
Mahato’s motorbike (Province 2-02-002 Pa 8304) was hit by the truck (Province 01-02-001 Kkha 8773) at the local Aurahi bridge along the East-West Highway.
Bed Prasad Gautam, the District Police Office spokesperson, says the body has been taken to the Provincial Hospital in Janakpurdham for postmortem.
Further investigation is underway.
