Birgunj, October 30
A man was found dead near Birgunj’s Ghadiarwa Pokhari.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Raju Das from Palakahamainpur rural municipality in Parsa.
According to the spokesperson of the District Police Office, DSP Deepak Giri, Das’ body was found near the western gate of the pond on Sunday morning.
“His body was found in an upside-down state with this head inside the canal. We’re investigating the case and preparing a field report,” says Giri.
