Narayangadh-Muglin road briefly obstructed after cooking gas bullet fire

Chitwan, May 27

A cooking gas bullet caught fire at Pandha Kilo along the Narayangadh-Muglin road in the Chitwan district on Friday. The fire has forced the officials to briefly block the road.

The District Police Office spokesperson Narahari Adhikari says the vehicle was heading towards Muglin from Narayangadh. To avoid any other risk, the road had been closed temporarily, according to police.

The DPO says the road has already reopened as the fire has already been taken under control.

The India-registered vehicle (UP 17 AT 8627) was carrying the liquified petroleum gas to Shree Ram Gas Industry in Dhading. Whereas the cabin and the front tyres have been destroyed, the cooking gas is still secure, according to police.
