Biratnagar, May 29
A man has been found dead in mysterious circumstances in Katahari of the Morang district on Sunday morning.
Police suspect he was murdered as the body found on an open field near the roadside drainage has some wounds.
The deceased has been identified as Tulasi Shrestha (50), a resident of Adarsha Tole, Katahari-2. His body was found in Maheshpur, another ward of Katahari.
DSP Deepak Shrestha, the spokesperson at the District Police Office, says locals had spotted the body and informed the police this morning.
Police have mobilised a sniffer dog also for further investigation.
