Janakpurdham, February 27
A man died in a motorbike crash in the Sarlahi district of Madhesh in southern Nepal on Sunday morning.
The victim has been identified as Manoj Chaudhary (35), a resident of Kaudena rural municipality-3 of the district. Chaudhary had lost his control over his vehicle (Province 2-03-019 Pa 3605) heading towards Kaudena from Barahathawa of the district. He fell off the Langada bridge in Dhankaul rural municipality-2 along the Madhuwani-Naya Road section.
Seriously injured in the accident, he was rushed to Barahathawa for further treatment, but he died there, according to Police Inspector Jata Shankar Yadav.
Meanwhile, Dipesh Mukhiya (18), a resident of Kodaina-5, has sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment in Barahathawa.
