Kathmandu, February 13
Police at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu say they have arrested a Chinese national in possession of nearly five kg gold which they claim is illegal.
The person had landed in Kathmandu from Dubai of the UAE via a Himalaya Airlines flight on Saturday morning.
The TIA Customs Office chief Mahesh Bhattarai says further investigation is underway.
