Kathmandu, November 26
The Central Bureau of Statistics has requested the public to call 1178 if they have missed out on the national population census.
The decennial population centre has been over on Thursday, but if any family has not been counted, they can call 1178 and the bureau will send enumerators again, according to the bureau. The bureau says the service is available for the next five days.
The citizens can also lodge other complaints related to the census by dialling the number.
Meanwhile, the department has estimated that the population of Nepal has reached 28 to 30 million.
