Kathmandu, August 25
Police in the Bardiya district of Lumbini have arrested a man on the charge of raping a neighbouring woman.
Sita Ram Tharu (29), a resident of Barbardiya municipality-1 of the district, has been accused of raping a 26-year-old local, on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say further investigation is underway.
