Nepal’s share market: Per-day transaction amount reaches record high

Kathmandu, May 24

Today became the a historic day in Nepal’s share market as the amount of per-day transactions reached a record high.

Nepal’s only share market, Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) recorded transactions worth more than Rs 13 billion on Monday only.

On Sunday also, the market has recorded the highest Nepse indicator (2,820). The index increased by 3.07 on Monday.
