Nepal Covid-19 tally: 1255 new cases, 1404 recoveries, 25 deaths in 24 hours

Kathmandu, November 29

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 231,978 as of Sunday afternoon.

The ministry says 1,255 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.

In this period, 8,008 swab samples were tested. So far, 1 million and 727,836 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 17,909 cases are active.

Of the total cases so far, 212,590 people have recovered whereas 1,479 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 1,404 people have been discharged whereas 25 deaths have been reported.

Over 600 people are quarantined across the country.
