Islington College conducts mentorship week

Kathmandu, November 29

‘Mentorship Week’ organised by Hult Prize at Islington College has concluded on Friday. The event, which was held online due to the ongoing pandemic, started on November 22 concluded on November 27.

In order to groom the participants, skilled personalities from different fields attended the event to talk about a series of issues ranging from presentation skill to technology.

Entrepreneurs like Santosh Pandey (Offering Happiness), Faija Parween (Open Space Network) and Aditya Khati (CryptoGen Nepal) gave sessions on presentation skills, networking and communication, and technology and start-up respectively.

Along with them, the CEO of Herald College, Prakash Shrestha also gave a session on team building. Dr Dikshya Joshi, a Cardiac Surgeon at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center, mentored the final session, titled food for heart.

The sessions were conducted in an interactive manner online. Lots of ideas and facts were discussed as well, which would definitely help the participants in their journey.

With these sessions concluded, the committee is preparing for panel discussions which will be held on December 1.
