Solukhumbu, October 30
A foreign national was found dead at a hotel in Labuche in Khumbu Pasang Lhamu rural municipality-4 in Solukhumbu district on Tuesday morning. He had been to the Everest region as part of his visit to Nepal.
The deceased has been identified as British citizen Kellinu Joseph Christopher, 54. The cause of his death is yet to be known, says a local police officer Uttam Karki. Karki adds that Christopher’s body has been airlifted to Kathmandu for a postmortem.
