Kathmandu, September 24
Nepal’s ruling Nepal Communist Party on Tuesday signed an agreement with the Communist Party of China to establish sisterhood between them.
Chiefs of foreign affairs departments of the parties, Madhav Kumar Nepal of the NCP and Song Tao of the CPC, signed the agreement during a symposium that the two parties are jointly hosting in Kathmandu. As per the agreement, the two parties will extend their cooperation to each other.
Two chairmen of the NCP, KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal, were present during the signing.
Meanwhile, the Nepal-China Friendship Symposium is concluding today.
