A teenager was found dead in the Fewa Lake on Monday.
Sushmita Lamichhane,18, who lived near the Peace Stupa in Pumdi Bhumdi, Pokhara was found dead in the lake. A search was carried out after her bag and mobile phone were found on the bank of the lake in Damside, according to spokesperson of the District Police Office, Rabindra Gurung.
The body has been sent to the western regional hospital, Pokhara for a post-mortem while further investigation into the case is underway.
