Nepal wins silver at the Asian Games

Nepal has finally won a medal at the ongoing 18th Asian Games.

The Paragliding team won silver medal in the Cross Country Paragliding event today.

The Nepali team were only 27 points away from winning Nepal their first gold medal ever.

Nepal who had accumulated 11,364 lost out to first place Japan who had 11,391 points.

This is Nepal’s second silver medal in Asian games having won one in the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok.
