Modi, Oli to inagurate 400-bed dharmashala in Pashupati

Kathmandu, August 14

Prime Minister KP Oli and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi will inaugurate a 400-bed dharmashala (traveler’s rest) during the Indian PM’s visit to Nepal during the BIMSTEC Summit.

According to officials, Modi and Oli will inaugurate the Indian aid funded dharmashala on August 31.

Indian Prime Minister is to arrive in Kathmandu on August 30 for the two-day summit. According to Pashupati Area Development Committee,  the two-and-half storey building with 82 rooms was recently completed.

The committee is yet to decide how to operate he facility and how much to charge pilgrims. The building will also have a dining area for pilgrims.
